A. Bradley Potter is the Stanton Visiting Scientist at the Eisenhower Center for Space and Defense Studies at the U.S. Air Force Academy and a PhD candidate in the Strategic Studies Department of Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
